We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% the price of your scheduled appointment.
“Same Day” or “No Shows” will be charged 100% of the full-service price.
Note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule your service and you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% the price of your scheduled appointment. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you 10 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show” and your card will be charged accordingly.
We accept returns/ exchanges on merchandise for up to 14 days after the purchase date. Items must be in its original packaging, unopened, unused, and undamaged. Exception: Gua Sha stones are non-refundable due to their delicate nature and sanitation regulations.
Pre-purchased Services, services rendered, and package specials are non-refundable but the remaining balance of a package is redeemable for other services of the same value or lesser value, or may be transferred to a family member or friend. As a small business, we will try our best to make accommodations.
Only regular priced items may be refunded; sale items are considered “final sale” and cannot be refunded.
If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your returns.
Gift Certificates & Gift Cards are non-refundable, non-redeemable for cash, non-redeemable to purchase gift cards or certificates, and may not be sold or transferred. Replacement for lost or stolen gift vouchers are not provided.
If you are using a Gift Certificate or Gift Card to pay for your service, you must present the physical gift card/ certificate at the time of checkout. Please note that all services must be paid in full before leaving the spa. In the event a gift card does not process correctly, an alternate form of payment will be required.

Earn 1 reward point for every $1 spent on eligible Herbaluxe facial services and retail purchases. Your points are automatically added to your Vagaro account and continue to accumulate with each eligible purchase.
REDEEM YOUR POINTS
Save your points or use them toward eligible Herbaluxe services and skincare products once you’ve reached the required number of points. The number of points needed to redeem an eligible item will be displayed with the service or product.
When you’re ready to redeem, simply let us know at checkout. Eligible items may also be redeemable online through Vagaro when available.
CHECK YOUR POINTS BALANCE
You can view your rewards balance anytime by logging into your Vagaro account. Select your profile icon → Points → Herbaluxe Organic Skincare to see your current points balance and redemption history.
Please note: Reward points are not earned on or redeemable toward Package Specials. Other exclusions may apply.
