Thank you for choosing Herbaluxe Organic Skincare! Please note that as a small business owner, I run my business on my own. In other words, I am the receptionist, bookkeeper, operator etc. When I am with a client I am unable to answer the phone. All calls are important to me and I will return your call as quickly as possible.  For your convenience I have added the option for you to request an appointment online. This will allow you to hold your preferred appointment time. 

Cancellation & Late Fee Policy:

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% the price of your scheduled appointment.

“Same Day” or “No Shows” will be charged 100% of the full-service price.

Note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule your service and you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% the price of your scheduled appointment. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you 10 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show” and your card will be charged accordingly.

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns/ exchanges on merchandise for up to 14 days after the purchase date. Items must be in its original packaging, unopened, unused, and undamaged. Exception: Gua Sha stones are non-refundable due to their delicate nature and sanitation regulations.

Pre-purchased Services, services rendered, and package specials are non-refundable but the remaining balance of a package is redeemable for other services of the same value or lesser value, or may be transferred to a family member or friend. As a small business, we will try our best to make accommodations.

Only regular priced items may be refunded; sale items are considered “final sale” and cannot be refunded.

If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your returns.

Gift Certificates & Gift Cards are non-refundable, non-redeemable for cash, non-redeemable to purchase gift cards or certificates, and may not be sold or transferred. Replacement for lost or stolen gift vouchers are not provided.

Referral Rewards

Receive a $25 reward when you refer a friend. There are no referral reward limits! Every $25 reward may be used towards your next service of choice!

Note:
– Rewards will be listed as a digital gift card on your account
– Rewards can not be shared with friends/ family
– Rewards can not be combined with other offers such as promotional offers, sales, or packages
– Rewards will be added to your account after your referral completes their service. 
– It may take up to 30 days for referral awards to appear on your account
– A max of $25 per redemption/ per appointment completed / per visit
– Not valid on retail items

First Appointment

Please complete all forms prior to your first visit. Forms are texted and emailed to you for your convenience.

Expect to add at least 15 minutes to your first visit so there is time to review your consultation form.
